The results of the study indicate a positive impact of coaching on emotional awareness, empathy, psychological safety, and team performance. Particular attention is paid to the methods of facilitating retrospectives using powerful questions and metaphorical maps that promote deeper reflection and development of team potential. Practical recommendations for organizing emotional intelligence trainings, regular coaching sessions, facilitation workshops, and master classes on the use of interactive techniques are presented.
