The experts of the PeaECH project Olena Akilina and Alla Panchenko summarized and critically analyzed the experience of the Baltic countries in the field of peacekeeping education, outlined the best peacekeeping practices and peacekeeping trends in the light of modern Ukrainian realities. The researchers came to the conclusion that when implementing education for peace in Ukraine, the need to solve the following problems should be taken into account: recognition and respect for multiculturalism, involvement of local communities in educational policy; reconciliation, struggle against injustice and the consequences of conflicts.
