On May 13, 2023, as part of the work of the Jean Monnet Summer School, a competition of projects on the topic “Peace-building education for a consolidated and people-centered Europe” was held. It was attended by heads of educational institutions of the city of Kyiv and Kyiv region, public officials and representatives of public organizations, representatives of Ukrainians abroad.

The purpose of the Competition was to activate educators and representatives of communities to popularize European peacekeeping values and develop and implement innovations from peacekeeping education in educational processes and public activities.

The contest was organized by the PeaECH project team and Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University. The competition was held as one of the activities of the Erasmus+ project Jean Monet module “Peace-making education for a consolidated and people-centered Europe”, financed by the European Union.
